This blend of essential oils has been a game changer for our family. It was originally made for a friend of ours who suffers from sinus infections, but we found it works well to help clear congestion from common colds as well. We start using it when we first feel a cold coming on and often find that we avoid the severity of full-blown symptoms.
Directions: Massage on your forehead, cheeks, in front of and behind your ears, and on the front and back of your neck.
100% Natural Ingredients: Jojoba oil (Simmondsia chinensis), vitamin E (tocopherol), and a specialized blend of pure essential oils of geranium, rosemary, peppermint, eucalyptus, tea tree, and thyme.
× It’s no surprise that rosemary essential oil is used for virus and cold symptoms: it contains 10–20% camphor, which is often found in over-the-counter treatments (such as Vicks VapoRub) for colds and respiratory viruses.
