With all the stress in life these days, use this blend of essential oils to help calm anxiety.
If ever there was a time for peace, it is now. As Wordsworth said years ago, “the world is too much with us”—never mind the stress within us. This blend was developed to help ease the stress and anxieties of everyday life, so when you’re feeling the pressure, stop, drop, and roll on.
Directions: Roll on your wrists and on the front of your neck whenever you need a little peace.
100% Natural Ingredients: Apricot kernel oil, vitamin E (tocopherol), and pure essential oils of bergamot, grapefruit, palmarosa, and lavender.
× The scent of palmarosa can restore a sense of well-being and help alleviate flu symptoms when used in a massage oil and massaged into the temple, behind the ears, and in the sinus area. It has antiseptic properties and may quicken the healing of cuts and wounds.
× Bergamot has traditionally been used by many aromatherapists to treat all types of stress, whether environmental, mental, physical, or emotional. Although the essential oil is considered a stimulant, when used in moderation, it is a relaxant. We use only a very small amount of bergamot oil in our formulations.
“Fragrances help concentrate the mind and change it from a cacophony of negativity into a stilled surety of harmony and peace.” —Valerie Ann Worwood
“We shall find peace. We shall hear angels, we shall see the sky sparkling with diamonds.” —Anton Chekhov
