If you need a little extra help falling asleep, grab this roller ball and apply and the Sandman will be here before you know it!
This essential oil blend was first used in our Sweet Dreams Bath Bombs to help our babies relax before bed. It works so well that my son now requests using the roller ball version before bed. Whether you’re nine or ninety, the oils in this blend will help calm your system and help you relax into slumberland.
Directions: Roll on your wrists, chest, and the bottom of your feet to help promote restfulness.
100% Natural Ingredients: Sweet almond oil (Prunus dulcis), vitamin E (tocopherol), and pure essential oils of lavender, Mandarin orange, and vetiver.
× Aromatherapists have used vetiver for insomnia for years. In India, the fibers of the plant are woven into aromatic mats for home use, and Sri Lankans refer to it as the “oil of tranquility.” Used as a fixative in perfumes, vetiver essential oil is often also used in massage oils for its relaxation-promoting properties.
× Sweet almond oil, which contains monounsaturated fatty acids, potassium, proteins, and zinc (as well as other vitamins and minerals in negligible amounts), is a congenial partner and a perfect carrier oil for all types of essential oils. While it is often used in face and body care products and in massage oils, current research has also proven that it has many healthful benefits when taken internally and used in cooking.
“We are such stuff as dreams are made on; and our little life is rounded with a sleep.” —William Shakespeare
“Sleep is that golden chain that ties health and our bodies together.” —Thomas Dekker
